An error occurred while processing the form after update 1.15.12

I just updated forminator to version 1.15.12
and all my forms get the error:
"An error occurred while processing the form"
I have tried all the combos (deactived theme, plugin, etc) 
and I always get the same error.
I went back to the previous version (1.15.12 -> 1.15.11)
and everything works fine.
Can you help me understand the problem? 
Is there a page with the update changelog?

Can you please confirm if the error message is showing up when a form is submitted? Could you please export the form and share it using Google Drive or DropBox with your next response?

Hi, i confirm the error message is showing up when a form is submitted.

Hi @stefanobeck

Sorry for the delay here.

I was able to replicate the issue on your form, it is returning a fatal error:

[17-Mar-2022 13:55:50 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_field() on null in /var/web/site/public_html/wp-content/plugins/forminator/library/helpers/helper-fields.php:571

I checked for any reported bug but I couldn’t find any.

We escalated this to our developers to verify why it is happening, we will update you as soon as finding more about the issue.

Hi @stefanobeck

I hope you are doing well.

I got the confirmation from our developers that it is a known issue, we are adding the fix to the upcoming version 1.12.13, we don’t have an estimated time to release this version, for now, you can downgrade the Forminator downloading the working version https://wordpress.org/plugins/forminator/advanced/

Upload the Zip in WordPress > Plugins > Add New > Upload and WordPress will handle the downgrade process, but I do suggest taking a backup first.
