Almost perfect

I have tried various methods and plugins in the effort to migrate a WordPress site. This plugin actually works. And without breakage. Very nice.

I would prefer that it only required write permissions on the /wp-content/uploads/ directory.

Also, if you are going to limit the import size, you should also limit the export size. If I can export, but not import, the plugin is useless.
