at least at the moment, my biggest question is whether or not the intended products are at least in your indexes and available to be queried for. After that, it’s a matter of display and refined configuration.

That design/layout shown in your second screenshot is just from Algolia’s demo page setup, and not something provided by WP Search with Algolia plugin.
That said, you are able to customize the layouts used when on the WordPress side of things. Please refer to this documentation below for more information on that.
