Advanced Tab missing according to integration guide

    hi,

    i am using the newest versions of all components. i want to use the “Salesforce web to lead” plugin. there it says

    To integrate a form with Salesforce:

    Edit the form you would like to integrate (choose from the Edit Forms page).
    Click “Form Settings”
    Click the “Advanced” tab
    Check the box “Enable Salesforce integration”
    Save the form

    Where is the “Advanced” tab under “Form Settings”?

    Gravity forms has done some layout changes lately and i cant find the box to enable salesforce integration.
