It will be helpful if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button.
You can do this by navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support. You can either attach it directly or provide it via our secure PrivateBin.

Please let us know if the problem persists when using the release candidate version 2.9.5-rc1. You can download it here: PayPal Payments 2.9.5-rc1
Make sure to test it on both the block and classic checkout. We expect this version should resolve the issue, especially on the classic checkout.
