Hi, before admin was receiving emails on user-reg now it is not. Additionally when I select items to appear on the registration form (via the level editor) and uncheck those that don’t nothing happens. I.e. for basic registration I just need to show 5 or 6 options whereas it is showing all (25+) data fields. Hope this makes sense!

    Hi Blade,

What changed between when they were sending and when they aren’t?

For the levels registration form, was this something that was working before as well and now no longer is?

Nothing has changed on the site. The level editing has never worked for

I’m not sure if this is the same issue but after the update the default admin email sends, however it is not properly inserting the shortcode information instead it just sends the text exact as it is in the message in the area. This started on 5-30-17, no changes to the site.

Similarly I can’t get the user list in admin to sort by ascending/descending by any of the columns it always defaults to first registration

    Hi jgarretson,

Thanks for the additional information, we’ve managed to replicate the error that you’re experiencing, and should have an update out later this week where the problem is resolved.

    Blade,

We aren’t able to replicate the not sending issue, other than by changing out SMTP settings to the wrong ones. Can you make sure that you’ve got the “Admin Email” field filled in on the “Emails” tab?
