Add/Edit Page – Text is blank…

This is a fresh install of WordPress last night so everything is very up to date!

When I go to add or edit a page the text box for the body of the post the text is blank however I know all the text is there because it can be seen by highlighting. Also it appears just fine when you visit the site it is just very annoying not being able to edit the text without doing it in word and then pasting it in. If anyone has any ideas I am all ears.

I have tried using the reinstall WordPress option and that had no effect.
I tried to disable all the plugins that too had no effect.
I have also tried to remove the themes and use a stock theme.
