Add tracking to custom header?

One of my “pages”, a post-type listing, isn’t being tracked by Koko, because it uses “post_id”:0 in the tracking script. Is there any hook I can pass to Koko to list it as an individual page? Or replace the tracking script manually with a custom header? Thanks!
