    Hi guys,

our tests have shown that users can’t deal with their iPhone πŸ˜€

When you use safari on the iPhone and you add a text, there is a button telling labeled with “done / finish”, at the upper right (I have a German iOS, so no idea what it is actually labeled on English). If you click this button, the keyboard will disappear. Users expect the message to be sent. Instead they have to click the button on the lower right, in order to send the message.

So one solution would be to add an send button in the text box of the mobile version. What do you think?

    Thank you and kind regards

    Hi,

A dedicated send button is probably the best way to clear up the confusion with the UI. We’ll address this in the upcoming update or the following one.

    Hi,

We’ve included a setting to enable the Send Button in the Appearance tab in the latest update. Try it out and let us know if it solves your issue.

    Hi there,

    thank you for your efforts.

Unfortunately it leads to at least one small bug: The send button looks wrong: it is bigger than the window in desktop mode. In mobile view it fits.

But on the iPhone it takes half of the screen width. Was that intended?

Deleted all caches before testing. But hopeful it is a small bug which can be fixed.

    Thank you and kind regards

Unfortunately nothing has changed. Tested on Chrome.

There appears to be a conflict between the plugin’s styling and your website’s styling. This last update should fix it, try one more time if you don’t mind.

    Thanks for your patience,
