Add-on support no longer works

    I have a problem with one WP add-on. The Follow.it add-on does not work properly. I have long exchanged messages and photos sent its support. There has been an answer so far, but now no one is answering anymore. The matter is therefore being rectified and investigated.

    It is quite frustrating to note that some WP add-on support are in progress and no longer answering. I don’t know why this is. And I don’t know how I could move forward. What has happened, where is the Follow.it support now? I suspect there is something wrong with its program when it is not working as it should.

    I can’t find a plugin called ‘Follow.it’ on the WordPress repository? Can you link us?

    Please be aware that all of the plugins on the WP.org repository are free, and are normally supported by volunteers.

    Because you’re using a commercial service and/or plugin, please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

    Thanks to everyone. The follow.it plugin is the first link you send. Its name is RSS Redirect & Feedburner Alternative. The point was that the investigation was interrupted unexpectedly and without any notice.

    Let’s take a little extra time to figure it out. I will try to open the new tickett and try if it progresses.

    Here’s more information about a broken RSS feed. The feed may not be working because its address was not validated. The W3C review program reports that ”This feed does not validate”. I have sent the information Follow.it support, but I have not as yet received any reply.

    The W3C identifies four small errors that prevent the site from being validated. They’re about programming, which unfortunately I don’t control, so I could fix the bugs. Do you have any information on how to proceed to validate my WP site feed?
