Thanks a lot for reporting this and for the clear explanation, really nice catch. You are absolutely right. when the Flexi Content block is selected in the List View, the Plus button in the context menu is not actually hooked up to add a new slide yet. So at the moment this feature is not available, which is why nothing happens when you click it. Sorry for the confusion this causes. I will try to get this implemented in the next release. Thanks again for taking the time to point it out.

Just a quick update on this. I had originally planned to include the “Add New Slide” action in the very next release, but unfortunately it was not possible to finish it in time, so the button in the List View has been removed for now.
I still consider this an important improvement for the Flexi Content block and I am planning to implement proper support for adding a new slide directly from that button in a future update. Thanks again for your patience and for pointing this out.
