Hi, i wanna change the language but my .pot file is not working. do you able to help me?

the translation should be exported in .mo file.
test it with the dev version http://flweb.it/2013/06/bp-moderation-is-broken-help-fix-it/ and open a github issue if its still not working, thanks.
