AD after content conflicts with “Give” shortcode

    Hi all.
    I used Advanced Ads (free version) for a while to automatically add a box after every article.
    I set the AD as a rich text containing a two column table with an image on the right and a shortcode on the left. The shortcode is taken from a donation module developed with the plugin “Give”.
    Just below the table I usually insert another shortcode for subscribing the newsletter.
    Everything worked very well until today, when suddenly all articles stopped showing up. When I tried to reach them on front-end I got a blank page.
    After many attempts I found that the problem is in the combination between “Give” shortcode and “after content” position.
    If I put the same ad in the middle or at the beginning of the articles, everything works well. Same if I erase the “Give” shortcode from the box in after content position.
    Has anyone some suggestion?

    Hi stalkersaraitu,

    thanks for reaching out.

    Was there any change on your site like an update of the Give plugin or maybe you updated to Advanced Ads 1.17.4 that happened directly before the problem started?

    Could I ask you to check if there is an error logged according to this tutorial while the issue happens.

    Hi. I just solved, after many attempts, going to Give Advanced Settings, where there is the possibility to clear the cache.
    Once did, everything starts working well.
    I just wonder if the issue will occur again.

    Good question. I don’t know they had their own cache or how it works. You best ask them if it happens again and if there is something they believe that I could improve on our end to help here then I am happy to assist.
