    Dear Support Team,

    MailBlue has referred me to your support to further assist me with an issue I’m encountering.

    Problem:

    I receive the following error message via email:

    • Title: “Retrieve lists failed (ActiveCampaign)”
    • Text: “Unable to retrieve tags list from ActiveCampaign: An error has occurred in the ActiveCampaign API server. No data returned.”

    Could you please help me resolve this issue?

    Hello,

    Is this a new installation? If so, please verify that the API URL and Key are correct and try again.

    If you know the API URL and Key are correct, check with your web host to ensure that they are not blocking communications from the ActiveCampaign server.

    It could be an issue with the ActiveCampaign’s servers.

    Thank you for your prompt response. Yes, this is a new installation.

    I’ve double-checked the API key and even re-entered it yesterday, but unfortunately, the issue persists. I will reach out to my hosting provider to confirm whether communications from the ActiveCampaign server are being blocked.

    ActiveCampaign has already verified that their servers are functioning properly. I’ll update you as soon as I hear back from my hosting provider.
