ActiveCampaign API Error

Dear Support Team,
MailBlue has referred me to your support to further assist me with an issue I’m encountering.
Problem:
I receive the following error message via email:
- Title: “Retrieve lists failed (ActiveCampaign)”
- Text: “Unable to retrieve tags list from ActiveCampaign: An error has occurred in the ActiveCampaign API server. No data returned.”
Could you please help me resolve this issue?
