Activation mail not working

    hello,

    I have made a WordPress site on a free hosting.When new user registers,the activation mail is not sent to their account.

    If he clicks on forget password,it shows that the mail function is disabled.

    Is there any plugin or something else,with which user can set their password at registration form and it will not send any activation mail to their account.(I have installed a plugin named bp-disable-activation but it does not work)

    can anyone help me?
