ACF: Better Search error!

    Hi,

    I installed the plugin, i go this:

    “ACF: Better Search error!

    Unfortunately, but this plugin requires the Advanced Custom Field plugin version 5 for all functionalities to work properly. Please install the latest version of the ACF plugin.”

    Is there anything i can do? Thank you

    The message seems clear – please install version 5.* of Advanced Custom Field plugin.

    Thank you for the very quick reply.

    Ahhh i see, another separate plugin, which i installed.

    I cant seem to get my site to be able to search generally text though – only the title. Is there a way? Doesnt seem to make any proper search at the moment. Ive selected the entire list off “List of supported fields types” but with no luck?

    at the moment, when i search – it only searches whats in the “title” of the page. I need the search to find everything – all of it, the whole lot? I used to use the plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/search-everything/ “Search Everything” but has not been updated therefore ive turned it off.

    I was hoping that your plugin would search for everything? I guess thats not the case? thanks

    I still don’t have any specific information. Please understand me, I don’t know what your site looks like, I don’t have access to it. How can I help you without it?

    That plugin works differently. My plugin is an extension to the Advanced Custom Fields plugin. Please read the plugin description.

    Ok, the website is here, lets try this specific page – [link removed] / . The title is “Hytera DMR Repeater”. But theres a whole load of information in the page. eg, one of the terms of the page text is “Ethernet”. but as its not in the title, when you search for “Ethernet” that doesnt show up. Do you see what i mean? I need the search to be able to search for everything, not just the basic title?

    Then it may not work. This plugin is compatible with the Advanced Custom Fields plugin.

    seems that the theme itself makes it difficult to change search functions, will have to contact them direct, thanks for your help
