Not only does the account info disappear, but the settings do, too. I see you did an update. I am hoping that will fix.

Is this the same problem I’m having.
1) with every update, I was having to back into the system and redo the settings. It stopped sending out tweets.
2) however, I let things slide, as I was too busy, but it hasn’t been posting tweets in many months. I went into my dashboard and it’s a blank screen. I went and used the “go back to previous version” and it’s still a blank page.

I am still having this issue. I deleted-reinstalled the plugin with no change. I had Tweet old Post, so maybe there’s a setting still out there.
Can you let me know what I should be looking for in MySQL so I can scrub the DB and try again?
