Accessing WordPress Admin

Hi – I began 2 local sites last year via Local by Flywheel. I realized only recently there is a new Local Lightning because my old Local would not even open. So they’ve helped me migrate Site A over (and I think I may have to start Site B from scratch). For some reason in the new Local when I click on Admin from the Local Sites app, it is not accepting my wordpress.org log in. Any ideas how to troubleshoot? Thanks!
