Just make sure, authentication code must be new, don’t use old authentication key.
Try once again using a private window, as some times it also happens due to browser cache issue.

Thanks for the reply. The message is Access code Can't be blank and i’ve just tried a new code in a private window but still the same message.
Would the Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate be causing it maybe?

It’s showing blank because you did not save the auth key entered.
Can you take a look at the quick video and make sure you are doing the same as suggested.
Alas yes I did click save and the wheel spins but the message is the same. It’s very strange?
