How long ago did you add the Adsense code?
The process can take (upto) a couple of days as far as I’m aware, this isn’t affected by the theme you’re using.

added it 3-4 hour ago. Other section shows the ad like primary, secondary sideabar but only the header portion did not show anything.

I don’t use Adsense but times will vary, this isn’t a WordPress-related issue, you’re better off asking on a dedicated Adsense/Marketing forum.

I believe you can put upto 3 ads per page.

i have put 5 ad on homepage .. any problem? Google has changes its policy through which we can put unlimited ad on any page, Am i right??

I am using Hueman theme. I have put the adcode to the header and Footer Full Width but the ad is not showing. please give the solution

Google allows up to three Adsense ads per page. There are other rules too, with which all Adsense users should be familiar. Google has a reputation for rigorous enforcement, and violating the terms of agreement risks a permanent ban.
(a bit later) Oops, I stand corrected. Google recently rescinded the three-ads-per-page rule and replaced it with a fuzzy “valuable inventory” rule that seems to imply they will decide on the fly how many ads to permit. In your case, their algorithm seems to have decided on three.
