Ability to Archive

    I have someone with the Editor role, but when they go to change the page status “Archive” is not in the dropdown. Any ideas what the problem is? Or if thats how its supposed to be, is there a way to change the default behavior?

    In order to Archive a post:

    1. The current post status must be Published.
    2. The user must have the read_private_posts capability.

    Editors have this capability by default, but it is possible to change this with plugins like Members.
