Hello, I’m encountering the following warning message when cloning a subsite. What could be the cause?

“It appears that background processing may be getting blocked on the server (or could just be running slowly). Activate backup AJAX processing to ensure completion, so please keep this window open.”

Where do I enable AJAX actions?

The error generally means the plugin is not getting a valid ajax response from your WordPress installation. In most cases this could be due to an error in the backend that could be preventing valid json response. Please check your server logs for an errors generated or thrown.
