    Are these developers kidding me? I can’t log into my account on their site, I can’t post in their stupid support forum, and immediately out of the gate after installing this software my clients are having ridiculous tech issues that make us look unprofessional, but I can’t even get support for it! I even tried the support form on the Gravatar site and it’s fake — when you hit submit it says you’re not connected to the internet. Is this even a real app???

    • The official support channels for WP Job Manager are our support site and this community forum. If you’re having trouble logging into your account, try the alternate login method using the “Sign in another way” link on the login page.     • If you’re running into specific technical issues with your site after installing WP Job Manager, could you share a bit more detail about what’s happening (for example, the steps that cause the error, or any error messages you’re seeing)?
    • Just to clarify: WP Job Manager isn’t connected to Gravatar, so if you’re seeing an error there, that would be unrelated.
