    Hello,

Just trying out the plugin. Per the link listed – there are a few issues:

    1) Style settings are not showing on front end (you will see that I have a few manual overrides for width, title size, etc) but none ofthe colors are showing and the 100% width is not being shown.

EDIT – seems to work now when I unchek inline css

    2) My first heading has been stripped for some reason. There is an H2 above the first paragraph (Criminal Lawyers Tell Your Story” – it appears in the TOC but is now hidden on the page.

edit: That first paragraph IS indeed there but the TOC is on top of it rather than below it PLUS that first paragraph is duplicated now ABOVE the TOC.

    3) Clicking any of the TOC topics does nothing.

    Please advise.

    Best,
    Michael

    Edit (Again):
When using just [toc] shortcode – issue one and issue 2 & 3 are solved with the exception of the target does not go to the heading (it scrolls further) so adjust offset and now is fine.

Just for future – only seems to work using shortcode and not inlining css

Glad to hear all the issues are resolved. And it’s not mandatory to check that option but if you enable then your site speed improves. And we will check if the issue is valid or not at our end.

Actually one more issue please. On mobile, the first paragraph is duplicated and the heading is removed from the first paragraph – please compare desktop and mobile here for example https://bit.ly/3cfNxrl

    How can this be corrected?

Also, happy to give you access to the staging site for testing the other issue if you wish. It is an extremely popular theme as you will find out.

Thank you Stephen – completely aware of this and I would NEVER give credentials over a forum. I was simply letting them know that if it was needed for their troublshooting that I could assist with that but through some other form of contact – not here.

Does this mean my message is now now delivered to them? The first part is a legitimate issue that needs to be corrected. Should I edit my post and remove the part you mentioned and find some other means of contacting them if we need to collaborate to make the plugin bette based on my findings?

No, you may not even offer to do so on these forums. It sets a bad example. Seriously.

    Understood – my apologies
