_load_textdomain_just_in_time error

    Since updating to WordPress 6.7 I get the error message that _load_textdomain_just_in_time is called up wrongl on … /wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114. Is this something that should be fixed by the theme author or is there maybe a plugin at work? I get the following message in German:

    Notice: Die Funktion _load_textdomain_just_in_time wurde fehlerhaft aufgerufen. Das Laden der Übersetzung für die Domain page-builder-framework wurde zu früh ausgelöst. Das ist normalerweise ein Hinweis auf Code im Plugin oder Theme, der zu früh läuft. Übersetzungen sollten mit der Aktion init oder später geladen werden.     After the last WordPress update – again this error message shows up. Bad thing is – also in front end.

    Found out the solution. In the wp-config.php file, line define, change (‘WP_DEBUG’, true ) back to ( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ). Make error disappair in front and back end.
