Hi @wpbackend and @asatw,

I may have solved this issue now by removing headers before they are output on the 2FA login screen (they’re not needed here anyway). I tested on GoDaddy and it works as expected now. Version 1.9.2 has been released.

This in theory should solve your issues (if you did not do a server level change).
