500 Server error

I installed the plugin and started using it. It sent an email to ask the customer to review however when the customer clicked on the link, it says ‘An error occurred during submission of your review. You can try again using the button below. If the problem persists, please contact ‘Our Company’. The error says 500 server error so didn’t elaborate further. How can I check the error log to debug this error?
