500 internal error

    Hello,

    It is the second time that happened to me. I’m building a website for this client and when I install woocomerce it shut down all the pages down because in everywhere it appears the message, on the link bellow, and it wont let me do anything. The fisrt time I had to ask for help my host service to unistall the plugin and they said to talk with the team of woocomerce if it happens again, and it did. I have to unistall again to continue to edit the website, but I dont know what to do or why this is happening.

    Can someone help me please?

    I am sorry to hear that your site is receiving a 500 Internal Error when trying to install WooCommerce.

    As a first step, please make sure that your server is following the minimum server recommendations to run WooCommerce smoothly.

    If yes, if you could ask your host to provide with server logs that would help us troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing here for us to address you more effectively.

    Hi,

    So, I talked with the host, they confirm everything and they told me that’s everything is ok for woocomerce to be installed. But if you have anything more specific for them to try, you can send me to send to them. I talked too to the template creator and he told me that’s must be something with the woocomerce plugin, since the problems started when I installed woocomerce.

    Can you help? It give the same error and I couldn’t do anything else to finish this website for my client and the due date is near…
