When I try to log in to a form created with this plugin, with incorrect credentials, I get a blank white screen and no error is logged.

When I look at the response headers, it shows 414 Request-URI Too Long

The url I get after a failed login contains this querystring
    ?loginerror=PHN0cm9uZz5FUlJPUjwvc3Ryb25nPjogSW52YWxpZCB1c2VybmFtZSBvciBlbWFpbC4gPGEgaHJlZj0iaHR0cDovL3dlbmR5Y29vay5nd2RwcmV2aWV3LmNvbS9zaXRlbG9naW4%2FYWN0aW9uPWxvc3RwYXNzd29yZCIgdGl0bGU9IlBhc3N3b3JkIExvc3QgYW5kIEZvdW5kLiI%2BTG9zdCB5b3VyIHBhc3N3b3JkPC9hPj8%3D&request_form_location=page

    Any ideas?

  • Hi,

What version of Profile Builder and WordPress are you using? Also Can you give me a link to your website to test this?

    Hi,

That’s a limit in apache that can be modified. If you don’t know how to modify it your self, please contact your webhost with this problem.

I am using WP 4.2.4 and the plugin 2.2.1, so the latest version of everything.

Yes, I had already tried changing those Apache settings with no luck.

It turns out that it was a conflict with settings in iThemes Security (filter long urls).
I had not originally looked there, since it was an Apache level error, but unchecking that setting in iThemes Security fixed the issue.

Thank you very much for your time. This is an awesome plugin!
