404 messsage collection

    When I link to my collection, it comes a 404 message.
    I read your FAQ, too. Chance permalinks will not works for me.

    I do both: “Send to Client” and “Publish”, both 404.

    Hi @ogni-wp!

    In your WordPress Admin go to “Settings > Permalinks”. Just opening the page is enough to “flush the rewrite rules”. Please let me know if that fixes your issue.

    If the issue persists, please send your debug info – found under “picu > Settings > Tools/Debug” – to support@picu.io.

    Just wanted to update this issue here, in case anyone else experiences something similar:

    First, we checked compatibility issues using this list:
    https://picu.io/docs/check-for-plugin-theme-incompatibility/

    Ruling out all plugins, he found a problem in the child-theme’s functions.php which he was able to fix and now it’s working again.

    The issues were into my Theme (functions.php). Now it works for me.
