403 After auto update on addons

I have a majority of my addons on auto update, once some of them get up dated, I get a 403 on my site. I unsure what setting I need to change, tweak or what, but if I rename my folder to cleantalk-spam-protect_old I can get back into my site, then I re-add the addon again, and it’s ok for a while, then another update and I get the 403, rinse and repeat. If renaming the folder didn’t fix the issue, I’d be looking at the addon that recenlty updated, but renaming it fixed it?
