    We installed the plugin, have the shortcode on this page, but it says Party Not Found. We have the API but nowhere to paste the API code? Please advise what we can do. Thank you!

    No API is needed for the setup of Live Chat and Talk Plugin. Please review the detailed installation guide on our site with the instructions of how to collect the party value.

    We had to installed of wordpress with php version 7.0 and the last version of wordpress, but when installed of plugin live-chat-talk-wordpress the website dont running well, in display I can see of error HTTP ERROR 500 and i do not why. please i need help you

    I can give you some suggestions on how to investigate the issue, but this error seems to be relevant to the setup of your site.

    • Disable the plugin and check again if your site is loading
    • Enable debugging and check the logs
    • Check for any missing permissions on directories
    • Corrupted .htaccess
    • PHP memory limit issues

    hello I have reviewed everything and still can not find the error, when I activate the plugin the page does not work the front end of wordpress, but I can enter the administration of wordpress.
    * I am using WordPress 5.1 and PHP 7.0
    * I have permissions in the directories.
    * my file htaccess is not corrupted
    @wordpress3cx can give me more information

    Please go through your log files as soon as you enable the debug mode. We did not have such a similar case in the past.
    Please check and let us know.
