Hello,

I am trying to build a form where i have multiple fields in the same row on distinct columns, although i am struggling to get this done.

Form sample:

| <Name Field> |
| <Email> | <Phone> |
| <Address > |
| <Zip Code 01> <Zip Code 02> |

IS this even possible to achieve with WP Forms ?

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Jose,

Sure, we actually have a built-in tool to create multi column form layouts — here’s our tutorial with all the details on that.

And if you set this up, I’d recommend also following our additional tutorial on making multicolumn layouts go to a single column on mobile. That way, you can ensure your forms look great on all screen sizes.
