2 Domains Spam?

    Hi Guys,
    I am still fairly new to WP (6 months now).
    My website is http://www.morewebsitehits.com
    Traffic to the site is getting more and more daily, so are my subscribers, from around 1 per day to averaging around 5 per day now, my only concern is allot of subscribers comes from 3 domains and I can’t find much info on them… I am a bit afraid that it is bots.
