Why this ticker cannot work on my wordpress page

    Why this ticker cannot work on my wordpress page?:

    I have some questions:

    My wordpress page has been created on a free wordpress template. Is there a way to buy a new wordpress template in order to to add a tickers, widgets, etc .including all functions and applications?

    If I buy a domain name and hosting from a hosting company, then can I import my wordpress.com under this domain name and have all functions, applications, etc.?
