A critical error usually sounds scarier than it is—it typically means a specific plugin or theme file has crashed. Since you can’t access the dashboard right now, the first thing to do is check the admin email address associated with the site; WordPress usually sends a ‘Technical Details’ email with a specific link that lets you log in via Recovery Mode. Once you’re in, it will actually highlight exactly which plugin is causing the conflict so you can deactivate it. If you didn’t get that email, you can manually troubleshoot by logging into your hosting file manager (SFTP) and temporarily renaming your plugins folder to plugins_old—this forces the site to load without them and should let you back into your dashboard immediately!
