What to Expect

- Build an influence strategy (stakeholders, leverage points, timing, and narrative) you can apply immediately
- Create a 90-day initiative plan you can execute with your team inside your organization
- Produce a 3-year leadership roadmap anchored in scope, impact, and visibility
- Practice executive-level communication + negotiation through realistic scenarios and feedback
- Join curated networking dinners designed for real relationship-building (not business-card exchanges)

How to unlock WWCODE
Eligibility
- 5+ years of professional experience in technology
- Operating at mid-to-senior scope (senior IC, manager, tech lead, or equivalent)
- Able to participate in virtual programming and attend the New York Summit experience
Participation Expectations
