This is a small, curated cohort with hands-on guidance and intentional connection—not a massive webinar series. This is built for people who will engage, practice, and apply—not just attend passively
What you’ll do (and leave with):
- Diagnose a real leadership challenge you’re navigating at work—and pressure-test it with peers
- Build an influence strategy (stakeholders, leverage points, timing, and narrative) you can apply immediately
- Create a 90-day initiative plan you can execute with your team inside your organization
- Produce a 3-year leadership roadmap anchored in scope, impact, and visibility
- Practice executive-level communication + negotiation through realistic scenarios and feedback
- Join curated networking dinners designed for real relationship-building (not business-card exchanges)
- Build a high-trust peer network designed for senior-level reciprocity and long-term support
Dates to Hold:
- July 23, 2026: Virtual Program Kickoff
- October 7-9, 2026: New York In-Person Experience plan for two and a half days (plus a happy hour with partner executives)
- November 2026: ½ day Virtual
- December 4, 2026: Capstone: plan for a live full-day working session to solidify outcomes and next steps
