GoCardless uses the Direct Debit system to collect payment automatically 5-7 days after the clean has taken place. This is the quickest and easiest way to pay your bill and is our recommended form of payment.
GoCardless is an online Direct Debit provider with a secure set-up process that allows the customer to pay both easily and safely.
We ask all our customers to sign up to achieve a streamlined payment process whereby the amount is automatically debited from the account provided every month.
To set up a GoCardless account, we will provide the customer with a secure link via email. Once clicked, it will bring you to an online webpage where the following details are required:
– Your first and last name
– Your email address and postcode
– Your bank account’s sort code and account number.
This process should take no longer than 5 minutes.
Upon completion, you should receive an email from GoCardless confirming your successful sign-up. If anything were to go wrong, you will also be notified.
Once a regular clean has taken place, we will request the funds via GoCardless. Funds will be deducted from your linked bank account approximately 5 working days from the date it was requested.
It’s easy and, more importantly, safe! No longer will you need to worry about being home for your clean or having the correct amount in cash.
We use Stripe to process payments because it provides a secure, fast, and reliable way for customers to pay for our cleaning services. With sripe you can pay via credit or debit card quickly and securely.
Stripe safely stores payment details using advanced encryption, allowing for quick payments, automatic receipts, and a simple, hassle-free experience.
Once you receive your payment link, simply click it to open our secure checkout page powered by Stripe. Enter your details and payment information, then confirm the payment. After this, your payment will be processed securely and you’ll receive a receipt for your records.
