In-Kind Benefits
To help bring WITS Book Bash to life, we welcome in-kind contributions that support the guest experience and our fundraising activities throughout the evening. Benefits for in-kind sponsors include:
- Company logo featured as an in-kind sponsor on event marketing materials, displays, and signage
- Two (2) tickets with an in-kind value of over $2,500
Alcohol Donations for the Reception (~300 Guests)
- Spirits: Approximately 10-12 bottles of tequila, gin, bourbon, and vodka
- All alcohol donations must be delivered in advance and comply with venue requirements
Premium Wine & Spirit Bottles for Raffle Game
We are also collecting bottles of wine and spirits for prizes in our interactive fundraising game, WITS Ring Toss Raffle.
- Bottle values ranging from $50 - $500
- Popular items include brouboun, tequila, champagne, or special edition wines
Dessert Bites (~300 Guests)
- Help end the evening on a sweet note by donating dessert bites for guests
- Bite-sized desserts, cookies, pies, and cakes
