2026 Mentoring Program
WithIt has always promoted mentoring as a key approach to developing women leaders. Our new Mentoring Program takes this to a new level by pairing mentees with mentors to empower them with meaningful mentorship experiences, fostering personal and professional growth.
WithIt is dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive community where mentors and mentees can connect, inspire, and learn from each other. By facilitating these valuable relationships and providing guidance, we strive to nurture talent, boost self-confidence, and enhance leadership skills, ultimately helping mentees reach their full potential.
In life, most of us have two cheerleaders, our mom, and our dad. The WithIt Mentorship has added to this support team. My mentor has had a life changing effect for me. It is nice to be able to discuss my goals, issues, and concerns with someone who has my best interest at heart.
Now more than ever before, there’s an opening to give women the resources and support they need to meet the challenges faced in today’s work environment. WithIt has always encouraged building a network and providing a space for rich connections to allow for mentorship to happen between members. We will accelerate this connection process through a formal pairing of members.
 Whether you are looking for a mentor to help grow your career in the home industries, or deal with challenges you currently face, having a mentor as a sounding board to help you recognize and build qualities in yourself, can lead to professional and personal growth. We ask mentors and mentees to commit to 6 months of meeting, at your convenience, to build the relationship and trust needed for a beneficial match. We hope that pairings will result in life-long relationships. Â
When I first joined the mentorship program as part of the inaugural mentor-mentee class, I had no idea just how rewarding the experience would be. Cassidy and I were paired up over two years ago, and what began as a formal mentorship quickly evolved into a genuine, ongoing connection that continues to add value for both of us. I had never met Cassidy prior to our match, but something about the magic (or wisdom) of the WithIt Network paired us together.
Even after our official cohort wrapped up, we chose to keep meeting monthly because the conversations, learning, and shared growth have been too meaningful to let go. Watching Cassidy’s confidence and career flourish has been incredibly fulfilling, and I’ve learned just as much from her along the way.
The Details
Any current WithIt member can apply for a bi-annual mentoring cohort. There is a $50 application fee per year for professional members ($25 per year for full-time students) to support the program and education.
Mentors and mentees will determine the time and number of meetings during their 6-month pairing, but not to be less than once per month.
