Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. If you downgrade, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle. If you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately and billing is prorated.
WireBoard is built with privacy at its core. We only collect the minimum data needed for analytics and everything is processed on EU-based infrastructure. Our tracking script works in both cookieless and cookie-based modes depending on your configuration. You can start cookieless, then upgrade to cookie-based tracking once your visitors give consent through your CMP. As the data controller for your website, you're responsible for your own compliance setup. Check out our privacy policy and documentation for the full details.
If your usage exceeds your plan's limit, we'll notify you by email when you reach 75%, 90%, and 100% of your quota. After you go over the limit, data will no longer be recorded, but you'll still have full access to your dashboard and historical data.
