No, the software won't work on Windows 10 because on the official website, it's specified that it requires Windows 95, 98, ME, 2K, XP, Vista, and Windows 7.
I've also used the official website to download the software. Since I have Windows 10 installed, I thought I might get it to work and indeed it works even if the developers says that Windows 10 isn't supported.
Download the application and simply launch it. It will extract 1 file, then browse to the directory where the files was extract it and launch the application.
