Wine Works Well began in 1999 with a simple but powerful idea: to help restaurants, hotels, and clubs across Australia showcase their own identity through personalised wine labels. Martin, a proud Sydneysider and lifelong wine enthusiast, saw the opportunity to turn a bottle of wine into something more—something that could carry a business’s brand, values, and style.

Over the years, Martin built lasting relationships with hundreds of venues around the country, becoming a trusted supplier of premium Australian wines with custom labelling that left a lasting impression.

In 2024, Martin’s son Matt brought a new spark to the business, launching an easy-to-use online label builder. The idea was simple: let anyone design their own wine label for any occasion—birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, Mother’s Day, or just because. The response was incredible.

Now joined by his brother Harry, the family team at Wine Works Well continues to evolve, offering a wide range of over 35 high-quality Australian wines, all available with personalised labels. Whether it’s a corporate gift, a wedding favour, or a bottle on your restaurant’s wine list, we’ll help you create something truly memorable.
