WinBMD is a Windows-based program designed to help users transcribe records for the FreeBMD project. It includes a viewer to make the process easier and can automatically upload completed transcriptions to the FreeBMD website. WinBMD regularly downloads and updates a file containing the names of all the districts used by FreeBMD.
