I suppose, given that a majority of us took on other lives for a time, that this should not surprise me. I have seen others possessed by their dead, but--

I don't - I don't understand. I am not that person - I was not that person.

Is this what all ports are like? I have had more than enough trouble understanding who I am meant to be, I have no interest in regularly foiling those efforts.

I've sailed frequently, and I've seen wonders at sea, but none of them prepared me for...this. Traveling among the stars is so far outside the realms of what I thought possible...but, I suppose that all knowledge is worth having. How is this done?
