Yes. The plugin focuses specifically on withdrawal data and is designed not to interfere with legal plugins such as Germanized or German Market. If conflicts occur, our support can help.
All withdrawal data is stored in your own WordPress database. There is no third-party cloud, no external API and no transfer of withdrawal data to our servers.
In the Pro version, individual products, categories or tags can be excluded from the withdrawal process. Which products are legally excluded, for example custom-made goods, remains your responsibility. The plugin provides the technical tools, not legal advice.
Pro customers usually receive an initial response within one business day. Agency customers get access to a dedicated Slack channel for faster communication. Free users are supported via the public WordPress.org forum.
