The Learning Center is a project focused on the legal and regulatory framework applicable to IT Park residents. Its purpose is to help residents understand legislative requirements and the rules of the park’s special tax regime. It also provides guidance on practical issues residents may encounter in day-to-day operations, including accounting, legal compliance, and human resources.

MeetUP is a networking program for all MITP residents—both new and existing—designed to support connections within the community and with external stakeholders.
Each event focuses on business areas relevant to the IT/tech and creative industries, covering strategic topics, industry trends, shared needs, and common challenges. The program facilitates structured dialogue with public officials, ecosystem stakeholders, and subject-matter experts.
MeetUP provides a platform for residents to build professional relationships, explore collaboration opportunities, and exchange practical knowledge with contributors from within and beyond the MITP community.

The PayWell study, organized annually by PwC, is a tool created to help companies, especially HR professionals, develop competitive HR policies that attract, motivate and retain talent and support business strategy. PayWell provides specific information covering salaries, compensation and non-monetary benefits.
The first edition, organised in partnership with MITP, was launched in 2021 and continues to be an additional benefit for Park residents participating in this study with the financial support of donors.
