Haruhi is, if not God, something close to it, and she also happens to be persistent, brash, demanding, and generally a nuisance! Therefore, here are some permissions/questions!
Can Haruhi bug your character? I'm happy to leave you entirely out of her nagging.
Can Haruhi make weird powers-related incidents happen around them?
What power-related things do you not want to have happen to your character? I'll always ask before anything big, but she has been known to do things directly to people, like cause eyes to spontaneously gain contact lenses with weapons.
Other things Haruhi can't do to your character (grabbing by force, blackmail)? She has been known to grab people and drag them around, or kidnap them straight from their calligraphy club, as well as showing few compunctions at a spot of light blackmail. Oh, yeah, and groping you. She'll do that.

Hugging/kissing: Be prepared to get punched if you try it, but go ahead!
Punching/fighting: If the situation calls for it, go for it! Her powers are pretty likely to manifest in a situation like that, though.
Using your powers on her/injuring her: If it's something that's likely to be big--something that'll knock her out or worse, or entering into her mind--let me know, but it'll probably be okay anyway!
Detecting something strange about her: Feel free to notice she's not 100% a regular human, but try not to tell her what her powers are. I don't want her to know just yet if ever.
