whizz works is a job management app designed for cleaning businesses and independent cleaners. It helps you find, schedule, assign, and complete jobs — all from your phone.

Simply download the whizz works app, create a profile, and set your service area. You’ll start seeing job requests in your local area right away. Jobs are submitted by customers via the whizz user app and appear in your job pool. You can review the details before accepting. Whizz works offers a range of local jobs, including short-term rental cleans (like Airbnb), residential cleans, end-of-lease jobs, and ongoing regular cleans.

If you’re a business or company, you can assign jobs to your team or take them yourself. Through the business profile, you can also manage, add, assign roles and delegate jobs to your team members directly through the calendar view. However, whizz works is also perfect for solo cleaners.

Payments are processed every week. Once a job is marked complete, your earnings are deposited to your nominated bank account during the next pay cycle.

Each job has built-in status updates. Use the in-app messaging shortcuts like “Running 15 minutes late” or “30 minutes late” to keep clients informed instantly and professionally. You or your team can mark jobs as in progress or complete, so you always know what stage each clean is at — with clear visibility from start to finish.

Yes. All data is securely encrypted and stored in compliance with industry standards. Your information is used solely to support job management, communication, and payment processing within the platform.
