The 3rd Customer Experience Management course, led by Shushanik Ghaltakhchyan, founder and CEO of Whitebone, was integrated into the "Modern Management Technologies" MBA program at the Institute of Business and Management under the President of the Russian Federation. Attendees, including leaders and managers from various Russian cities, gained contemporary insights into customer experience, digital tools, and business promotion strategies. The course`s positive impact on broadening horizons and fostering professional growth.
